What Is Liberty University?
Well known for their education excellence and faith-based programs for Christian students, Liberty U have made their mission “training champions for Christ”. Since 1971, they have been offering religious courses, as well as secular ones touched with a Christian focus. They have both online and campus courses available.
What Is Their Christian Counseling Course Like?
This is a complete certification program meant to supplement a counseling career. Those who have become counselors and feel that a Christian focus would be beneficial can earn it in order to specialize their own practice or career options. Some who become Christian counselors will offer it as an additional option to patients.
How Much Is Tuition?
They have both online and campus courses, so tuition will depend on your preference. For those wil live on campus, the cost is a little over $17,000 per year. Their online program does not have a set tuition, but instead is billed by credit hour. Undergraduates pay between $300 and $350 per credit hour depending on whether or not they are full or part time. Military personnel are given a discount and pay $250 per hour. Other fees apply to seminary, graduate or PhD students.
